About Me
You may be feeling stuck in familiar patterns – perhaps finding yourself overwhelmed by emotions, struggling with anxiety or low mood, or noticing recurring difficulties in relationships. These experiences can often feel confusing, frustrating, or exhausting, particularly when you're not sure why they keep happening.
I offer a warm, open, and compassionate space where we can begin to make sense of what you’re going through. Therapy can provide an opportunity to slow things down, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself with curiosity rather than judgement. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore the difficulties you may be facing.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models developed through many years of clinical training and experience. Rather than applying a single approach, I tailor therapy to fit the unique needs, strengths, and circumstances each person brings.
I have a particular interest in psychodynamic thinking. In simple terms, this involves exploring how past experiences and relationship patterns may shape your present-day feelings, behaviours, and ways of relating to others. Often, difficulties that feel immediate or situational can have deeper roots. By understanding these patterns together, therapy can help you develop greater insight, flexibility, and choice in how you respond to life’s challenges.
Alongside my broader clinical work, I have a particular interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and aim to offer an affirming, inclusive space where people can explore their experiences safely and openly.
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (PYL048012) and completed my doctoral training at University College London (UCL). I have worked for several years within the NHS, supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties.
My clinical experience includes working with:
Depression and low mood
Anxiety and stress
Loss and adjustment
Relationship difficulties
Disordered eating patterns
Obsessive and compulsive behaviours
Neurodevelopmental Conditions (Including Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities)
Brain Injury
Emotional challenges linked to chronic health conditions
Bipolar mood dysregulation

Qualifications, Education & Experience
I completed my Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London (UCL) and I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. This training involved several years of intensive clinical practice within the NHS alongside academic and research training in psychological theory and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Alongside my general clinical training, I have undertaken specialist training in Neuropsychology and Neurodevelopmental Conditions, which has developed my understanding of how cognitive, emotional, and developmental factors can shape people’s experiences and mental health.
I am committed to maintaining high professional standards and regularly engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to ensure my practice reflects the most up-to-date, evidence-based psychological approaches.
